Basic Success for Teen Girls

I consider myself rather well at navigating the ins and outs of life. I found my niche in the world, and created my own success within it. Although I have conquered large obstacles, there are little tasks I do daily to keep myself put together. Or at least appear what I am.

Here are my basic pieces of advice for fellow woman.

Personal Self

  • Always set goals to push yourself forward
  • Ask for help if you need it instead of struggling pathetically
  • Stay away from drama to not waste time and tarnish your repuation
  • Ignore negativity because it is only a distraction from your goals
  • Stop self-deprecation because it doesn’t solve anything
  • Stay positive because attitude is everything
  • Stay educated because it will get you far in life
  • Don’t compare yourself to others because otherwise you’ll never be happy

  • Keep your business private to uphold a positive reputation
  • Mind your own business too, as being invested in others’ drama is petty
  • Call people more no matter how busy you are
  • Avoid people who are fake or insincere because they can’t be trusted
  • Pick your battles in order to not waste time
  • Don’t let anyone take advantage of you
  • Only surround yourself with people who are at your level in society


  • Exfoliate and moisturize your skin to have a health complexion
  • Condition your hair with olive oil for it to be shiny
  • Follow a skincare routine to help with acne and anti-aging
  • Pamper your nails because it sends a message
  • Take good care of your teeth because you only get one pair
  • Wear whatever you want, as long as it appropriate.
  • Use scented lotion or a great perfume daily because other people will notice


Always at the gym in the morning to relax and charge for the day.
  • Always wear sunscreen to prevent cancer and reduce aging
  • Take your vitamins for optimal health
  • Workout 4-6x a week because it is a standard for being successful
  • Go on walks to help absorb the world
  • Do yoga or meditation to relax your mind
  • Do resistance-training to sculpt your physique
  • Take time to think because self-awareness helps your goals
  • Drink water right away in the morning to prevent overall dehydration
  • Take epsom salt baths to soothe sore muscles
  • Limit social media because it is a pointless hindrance


These are only tidbits of information. Consider these tips as what makes up the whole picture for building a baseline of success. Each category helps you build a healthy and proactive life. If anything, focusing on your personal self and your health is the most important. Try this as a challenge and just see how you feel.
